We got this for our 8 year olds' birthday and he loves it! Fantastic for the first time remote control owner, very easy to operate - he is a playstation owner, so the controls came pretty easily to him. Very sturdy and robust for our not-so-careful boy, the recharging batteries and plug in charger is a great bonus and was a good opportunity to teach him safety with electrical appliances.
